Sustainable Assessment Areas Planet-A.live
Our commitment to sustainability transcends the reduction of CO2, impacting on 5 fundamental natural criteria: AIR, WATER, SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION, FERTILE SOIL AND BIODIVERSITY.
Additionally, we include 3 social criteria and contribution to the community as well as compliance monitoring normative and the promotion of innovation.
We have developed a proprietary methodology, in continuous evolution, for the assessment and certification of commitments in these 10 areas that allows us to measure the real sustainable contribution.
EXAMPLE OF SUSTAINABLE COMMITMENT
Hualdo Houses proposes a project for the planting and management of a sustainable and regenerative production of fruit trees, committing to:
- Promote biodiversity (10 species with a total of 49 different varieties) and attention to the traditional species of the area, as well as the planting of aromatic and shrubby species on paths and boundaries that favor the diversity of insects and pollinators.
- Optimize water consumption per kilo of product with automated ferti-irrigation.
- The supplementation of organic substrate through the coexistence / introduction of animals (avian - Installing a chicken coop with 600 hens and occasionally sheep resident on the farm).
- Create a greenhouse with innovative technology that allows the cultivation of non-seasonal, local fruits and with significant savings in water consumption.
- Use self-generated clean energy (photovoltaic) on the farm for its operation.
- The hiring of an agronomist engineer, resident in the region with a salary above 1.5 times the minimum interprofessional wage for the construction and subsequent management of the same.
- To comply with and observe current regulations and legislation.
This plantation will produce a burial of CO2 of more than 7 Tons per year.

Our agricultural project is one of regeneration; organic, high quality and innovation, sustainable and profitable.
There is no sustainability without profitability.
